We like to make a difference in the world and we do our best to contribute to a number of causes close to our hearts.
Although we look forward to the day when we’re big enough to support everyone who approaches us, at this stage we’re stuck with the reality that it simply isn’t possible. And although we love to simply give with no expectation of return, as a small business we need to know that our donation will result in Y natural being remembered positively by people who are likely to be interested in what we have to offer. We have to make some hard choices and say no sometimes, even when we’d really love to say yes.
In the first instance, we do our best to support the people who support us. If you’re one of our customers, subscribe to our newsletter, are in our Rewards Program, are our friend on Facebook and pop up from time to time to comment and /or share our posts, then you’re already a step ahead of the others. And that’s because we already know you, even if not in person, and we love that you love Y natural. It’s our pleasure to become an even bigger part of your world, provided your cause is consistent with our values and does not inadvertently bring about some sort of conflict of interest.
When you contact us about your sponsorship idea, remember that we’ll need to know:
There are many ways to do this, and we’re open to your ideas. If you’re not sure about what might suit the kind of event you’re running or the group of people you’re representing, you’re welcome to ring Y natural on 8294 1167 and ask for Barbara. Our preference is to establish a relationship rather than a one-off donation. We have a number of concepts that could be tailored to different circumstances, and this could mean we bring thousands of dollars to your cause instead of just a small amount.
Send your proposal with all the details to info@ynatural.com.au, and we’ll consider it and get back to you as soon as we can.
And finally, just so you know what NOT to say to us: “It will be great exposure, you’ll get your brand out there and we’ll put your logo on the event booklet and PowerPoint.”
